The Grayslake Park Foundation is an independent, volunteer-driven 501(c)3 nonprofit organization supporting the Grayslake Community Park District.

Tax-Deductible Contributions

Contributions to the Grayslake Park Foundation are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

No goods or services were provided in exchange for your donation unless otherwise stated.

If any goods or services are provided (such as event tickets or merchandise), the tax-deductible portion of your contribution is limited to the amount exceeding the fair market value of those goods or services.

Raffle ticket purchases are not tax-deductible.

Donors will receive written acknowledgment of contributions in accordance with IRS requirements.

We respect and value the trust of our donors.

The Grayslake Park Foundation does not sell, trade, rent, or share donor names or personal information with any outside organization. Donor information is used only for the limited purposes necessary to operate the Foundation, including:

• Internal recordkeeping

• Communicating Foundation updates and events

Donors may request to remain anonymous at any time.

Online Security

Online donations are processed through secure third-party payment platforms. The Grayslake Park Foundation does not store or retain credit card information.

Donors may opt out of receiving future communications at any time by contacting us or using the unsubscribe link included in Foundation emails.
